My book "The Individuation of God: Integrating Science and Religion" published by Chiron Publications link: http://chironpublications.com/the-individuation-of-god-integrating-science-and-religion/ argues a case for a state of entanglement between God and Humanity so the evolution of God cannot be separated from that of humankind. It utilises insights from archetypal depth psychology, quantum physics, neuroscience,  evolutionary biology, and the process theology of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. "Consciousness is the mirror which the universe has evolved to reflect upon itself and in which its very existence is revealed" (Todd 2013).

Excerpts from chapter two of the book originally titled "Religious Fundamentalism as as Shadow" currently appear in the latest dialogues on the Science and Nonduality website.

The link to an excellent interview concerning the central themes of the book with Bruce Sanguin on his "Home for Evolving Mystics" site is: http://brucesanguin.com/interview-with-peter-todd/

The book aims to facilitate a paradigm shift in theology in the spirit of Carl Jung's personal and therapeutic quest to transform Christianity.

In a way it's even more confusing if you conclude that "the watchmaker" isn't blind, when you try to test that new realm with other people in order to see what is and what isn't possible, but they just continue with their daily routine ("like nothing I've seen was for real").

  • A real paradigm shift would be if people make without too much damage (a death in a proxy war is quite a damage for an individual) into, for a start, the next century.

It seems that my chapter is about to be published. I've written something about it (there were some serious holes in my knowledge back then) in the comments here: http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/forum/topics/a-multi-causal-...

    A multi-causal approach to synchronicity
A Multi-causal Approach to Synchronicity is the title of an online article written by Zachary Stinson, in which he argues against Jung, Robert Aziz…

One major challenge to the survival of humanity is religious fundamentalism in its various guises - See more at: http://www.scienceandnonduality.com/the-decryption-of-the-enigma-of...

Perhaps you are throwing the baby out with the bathwater here. At this point in  evolutional history mankind needs the stability that the fundamentalist ethos provides more than ever. Nietzsche said God id dead. Jung said words to the effect that God is dead so the ego has become a God. While Dostoevsky documented the instability of those devils/possessed egotists in action. This is the essential underpinning of the plague that is currently causing chaos in the world today. Somewhere on the other side of this epidemic of egotistical dementia the ego must be humbled and once again find and subordinate itself to God and then establish an evolved set of "religious fundamentalist beliefs" that do provide stability for humanity and civilization.  in other words. the fundamentalism of the past has proved to be insufficient to sustain evolving consciousness but it must be replaced by an a new evolved fundamentalist alternative. The Self must eventually reassert its predominant place within our psychological hierarchy. With that said I apologize for not having read the entirety of your intriguing book. I wouldn't be surprised if you  covered my initial response at some point further into the text. Congratulations on a masterful achievement...

    • Consciousness is the last big resort where mysteries (at least how a significant number of people sees reality) still exist. I've just listened to the death metal band Amputated and their album "Gargling with...". I don't think that I'm a terrible person, at least not even nearly as someone who sees, still in this God damn century, mass murder without reason (outside financial for a very limited group of people) as "casualties of war".

If Klemens' understanding of the word "fundamentalism" is understanding and discipline, then it makes sense. Still, if for instance paganism or some similar approach (Hell, even flirting with Satanism if someone chooses) that allows me to see that I belong to an animal species, and a very disgusting one, I support anything that helps me to see more clearly (at least one can hope).
