Are you critiquing, researching or applying depth psychological research methods? The International Journal of Multiple Research Approaches will be publishing a special issue on Depth Psychological Research Methods: Multiple and Engaged Approaches, co-edited by Dr. Jennifer Selig and Suzanne Cremen Davidson from Pacifica Graduate Institute, California.   This represents an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the interdisciplinary applications of a depth psychological research approach across various fields.

This issue invites work that examines how a depth psychological form of inquiry may become 'a way of approaching any number of topics, including the arts, literature, humanities, social science and even natural sciences such as medicine, biology, and physics. . . . guided by the psyche, which is fathomless, fluid, complex' (Coppin & Nelson, 2005, The Art of Inquiry, p. 20). We seek feature articles that investigate the role of the unconscious in research and its implications for research design and findings; as well as those which explore ways of working with the unconscious as a researcher.

The Call for Papers is available at   http://mra.e-contentmanagement.com/archives/vol/7/issue/2/call/ - publishing August 2013.  Please feel free to circulate this link to colleagues who may be interested.  We look forward to receiving enquiries and submissions.
