Rhine said in a Journal paper titeld Precognition Reconsidered that he regarded precogniton not as prediction of a future event but rather as ones future experience of that event. That resonates with me... I have long wondered why it is that someone else doesnt have stronger experiences than I do that enable them to be precise about future events thus an ability to bet on outcomes of sports matches etc. The reason according to Rhine is because you only forsee your future experience/your relation to it... how it makes you feel.
