Having offered myself to this group because, as a recent arrival in the USA wanting to network, and a lover of archetypal psychology, I thought my previous experience as an editor/publisher might be of some use to Bonnie. I now think that I perhaps do not have anything to offer this group. Living the daemon does not always translate into action in world – except where it does, but I don’t think it does for me when I sense a call to action out in world behind this initiative, while I prefer the closed container, the hidden, the private.
To answer 1 and 2: the Fates radically relocated me here from South Africa after the very sudden loss of my beautiful husband and our monies in 2013. Issues of soulful sexuality were (are) my passion and I did individual sessions and workshops as well as publishing a book called Towards a Soulful Sexuality. Through the dark archetypal lens, it is always about the soul/psyche story behind the sexual story although I also like to teach the body/energy practices as well. (My training was at www.tamboo.co.za which might interest some of you.) My website (pretty much frozen since early 2012 except for the Invitation to Conversation) is www.holymoves.com.
Living from soul is my primary call; navigating this afterlife in life, living with the dead, lament of the dead… Hecate’s domain and Persephone Queen of the Dead … is my underworld fascination; on the surface of Demeter matters it’s about attending basic livelihood (wherever that might come from) and doing service of sorts.
Which brings me back to the beginning. I am not sure what I can offer this Vocation group – but I will be on the call anyway.

Adele, I appreciated you and your sharings on our call last night. In paticular, I want to thank you for bringing James Hillman to the discussion on fear.
Adele, Thanks so much for your vulnerability in wondering about what you have to offer. I feel the same way on my end! However, for my part, rather than wondering what I can share, my goal is very selfish--it's to wonder what I can learn from everybody else! That's only partly a joke, of course :) --I do think there's much power in groups. It's never linear, so we may all surprise ourselves at what comes up when we convene....So glad you're a part of it.
Yes, Adele, I'm excited to see what we all collectively cook up together. I am sure that we will be far more than the sum of our individual parts (and contributions).
Adele, first my condolences to you on the loss of your husband. Secondly, your work sounds very interesting and I hope you decide to stick around after the initial call...D
