    Willi: Great video! I so appreciate that you are so adept using multi-media to get messages across and wish I were a little more nimble that way. I hope some of it will rub off on me in the group! I also appreciate your instinct to work on behalf of the community and not be "in front of the camera" so much—and recognize in my own life there is a need for both. 

    As for focusing on the future, it's a noble task—It will be interesting to see how the past actually has affected your desire to focus on the future :) Last--I love your idea of a speakers bureau. Looking forward to talking about that eventually!

      Me, too, Donna. I know that video is the way to go, a more compelling way to express one's energy than just writing. It requires confidence, too. I'm impressed, William!
