Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?

I went through a total breakdown many years ago and then spent a year in psychotherapy with a wonderful Doctor who guided me through much needed personal development. Now that I am older I feel I need to get more in touch with myself again and I believe the discussions that go on here are a good place to start.
