Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I'm a dominant introverted intuitive - INFJ - that draws me to depth psychology. I wrote a book called the Search for Being - which represented a large part of my individuation process. For the last ten years I have been a Government Gang Stalking target - http://www.stopgangstalkingpolice.com. As Martin Buber has said - the events in your life is God's address. I am trying to respond to that address. I would be interested in hearing the group's insights about "mobbing"/gang stalking and why it is becoming so prevalent now. The experience of the last ten years of my life (I'm 67) has made me interested in the contribution depth psychology has to make to the Rebirth of America.
Do you belong to any other online Psychology-related communities or orgs? If so, which?
I used to belong for a while to a Jungian group. My psychological orientation is diverse and reflected in my book, The Search for Being, which I published myself via Xlibris. I think at the crux of my philosophy is the idea of creating I-Thou communities, a very different kind of educational system - I was a teacher for 29 years. I think it's time intuitives loudly voiced their insights in our political arena. I think a lot of our problems stem from the preponderance of sensing thinking types in steering our countries direction. We need balance. I'm not a tech person so my website is not among my proudest achievements. I also have a you tube channel. I recently saw a movie - Take Me Home. Tried to find more about the two stars and found they aren't on Facebook etc. It was, I think, an INFJ movie. If I hadn't become a Government Gang Stalking target, I would have lived a non-tech life more like them.
