Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I am so drawn to Depth Psychology! Not knowing what I didn't know back in 2003, I returned to school to get my Master's in Psychology and was encouraged to go into Clinical Mental Health Counseling. The very week school started I found out that my daughter was self-injuring, and we entered a years long (still ongoing) journey into seeking to understand what was going on with her and choosing to not medicate her brilliant mind. We have learned much! I chose not to get licensed so that I wouldn't have to force medication compliance. I got certified in holistic health coaching. I continue to learn, but most recently I began to study Depth Pscyhology to heal myself and recognized that this is what I was looking for all along. I now believe that I am finally finding how to really truly help clients. I am anxious to study as much as possible! Thank you!
