Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?

I am a yoga teacher and a PhD candidate in the Jungian and Archetypal studies program at Pacifica. A few years ago, I founded a yoga school in my city that bridge yoga, depth psychology, and trauma informed care. I am drawn to the balancing effect of depth psychology. For me yoga in the west is often seen as transcendent or a path of looking towards the light. I find the addition of psyche, dreamwork, and shadow work to be deeply gratifying and helpful, in terms of how we've created a holistic training program that serves the whole person--body, mind, spirit, psyche, and soul. I am looking for community and resources.
