Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
Eons ago, back when I was in high school my Mother brought home a book about Carl Jung. I was hooked. Here was a psychological theory that matched my values and resonated with understandings that I had not been able to put into words. And later, as I studied/ trained to become a therapist it seemed to me that Jung was the first one to work with the prospective meaning of symptoms. My work and my life have been deeply enriched by the writing of Jung and his followers. I look forward to reading the ideas of others who share this abiding interest.

Hi Nancy. Greetings, and glad you've found the online depth community. I have to admit, you've activated a complex for me. I'm having "mother envy." I wish I had discovered Jung far sooner in life! You were very lucky to have your mom bring home that book!
