We have aprpoved you application but would ask that you please add your last name to your membership. This is not an ordinary community by any means and due to the intimacy of topics, we ask that everyone sign up with their first and last names so we can interact more authentically and transparently.
To add you last name, simply go to your "My Page" and you will see your name in the top right. Below that is a link for "Settings". Click there and you will get a page with a field where you can add your last name to your first.
