The goal of this meditation offering is to help you to calm your nervous system. As an LGBTQ person regulating your nervous system can help you to cope better with stress. You can experience stress for many reasons including discrimination. Stress can overly activate your nervous system. I invite you to try this meditation for the purpose of self-care.
