Such a rich hour. Michael's work on trauma fields is critical in the world today. Looking at the archetypal presence within the field offers the potential to free a person or culture from pain as the only reality, Looking at, and for, the gifts that may accompany the trauma, or result from it, is brilliant.
I missed the part where the care of therapists had, sorry, done nothing! It was books, meditation, journal writing, a supportive husband and a good education. And so, to see that many recognize the limitations of "traditional secular therapy is beyond good. We need both.
I am deeply grateful for your inclusion of the response to therapy as a spiritual journey. I accessed the unconscious unwittingly through meditation and through that journey discovered the deep roots of my "clinical depression". I had been in both psychological and psychiatric care. I will be ever so delighted when man understands our deepest psyche is spirit...in whatever manner of words one wishes to use. Thanks again.
Good morning Michael + Bonnie - so grateful you made this discussion available by audio and video. I just finished listening to the audio...the collective words...broke ground and we are out cultivating this field! Specifically, Michael loved the part, your sharing regarding the primary [reality frame] world...the numinous...the currents of life...the deeply embedded... And low and behold - the universe delivered the sound of a siren in your background at exactly the right moment...How cool is that synchronicity!
The other words you used regarding the generative feminine power needed...the precious...the unimaginable...for us to be present...and then, you said this word grouping... "eclipse... life... discernment."
And all I can say is a deep heart-felt thank you...so totally spot on!!! Peace + Love Linda
