This program focuses on the transformative potential of various types of extraordinary dreams: lucid, precognitive, mutual, creative, spiritual, and initiatory. Dr. Bogzaran will show how therapists can help clients gain insight and understanding of such dreams, drawing on the Dream Creation Method she's developed. Dr. Krippner will discuss the cross-cultural aspects as well as how one's personal mythology can be discerned from dreams.

FARIBA BOGZARAN, PhD, is Associate Professor at JFK University and founder of its Dream Studies Program. Currently, she directs the Lucid Art Foundation in Inverness. She has numerous publications on the arts, lucid dreaming, and creativity, and, since 1984, has been giving workshops and professional dream training internationally. She co-authored "Extraordinary Dreams" (SUNY 2002) with Dr. Krippner.

Special guest STANLEY KRIPPNER, PhD, professor at Saybrook Institute, is an internationally known author, lecturer, and researcher in the field of dream studies. He and Dr. Bogzaran have been collaborating for over twenty years, most recently on "Perchance to Dream: Frontiers of Dream Psychology" (Nova 2009).
