Learn the discipline of Archetypal Pattern Analysis!
"Modern man does not understand how much his 'rationalism' has put him at the mercy of the psychic 'underwold."--C.G. Jung
In this teleseminar, Dr. Michael Conforti, founder and Director of The Assisi Institute, will work with the quintessentially epic tale of "The Old Man and The Sea" by Hemingway, which speaks of humanities relationship to the depths of the creative unconscious, and how we relate to the contents within the psyche. In this tale, we can see that when the "old man" hooked onto this giant and magnificent fish, he had in fact, connected to a content within the psyche which challenged all of his resources and even his identity.
While this story reflects Hemingway's own journey, it also speaks to an aspect of life which we will all have to face; specifically what aspects of Self we can and cannot bring to consciousness and fruition.
This complimentary teleseminar will discuss the practice and discipline of Archetypal Pattern Analysis. Working with the story of The Old Man and The Sea, participants will gain an appreciation for the depth of insight and understanding that the Assisi Institute's Two Year Training Program offers to individuals from all walks of life and for the new insights, and perspectives this program enables students to bring into their personal and professional lives.
All teleseminars are recorded and can be easily accessed on-line at no charge as long as you register.
