This collaboration between Jamie and Jan at the water’s edge is an exploration of transitional time – between body and spirit, dreams and waking, and land and sea. We will enjoy the beautiful setting of Sea Ranch, 2.5 hours north of San Francisco on the stunning Mendocino coast, as the container and animator of our journey together. A time for renewal and rediscovery of the landscapes within and without, this retreat is an introduction (or refresher) for somatic awareness, inner journey process, expressive ritual and eco-therapy practice. We will turn our attention to the inward movement of Fall and explore a somatic-expressive connection with the elements of nature. Through somatic meditations and nature-based activities each day, we witness new life arising in creative impulses and inspirations that can guide us back home to ourselves, and sustain our daily life.
