A three week series exploring the many myths and mysteries of Mary Magdalene from a Depth Psychology perspective.Meet Mary Magdalene as she has appeared throughout history in legends, stories, music and images. We will encounter Mary Magdalene in her many archetypal faces as sensuous “fallen woman”, disciple, apostle, witness, teacher, Bride of Christ and Embodiment of Wisdom in hundreds of images of paintings, music and poetry. From Donatello to the Da Vinci Code, Giotto to the Gnostic Gospels, Rilke to Rodin, marvel at how this pivotal woman is a mirror of the sacred - and of the divine feminine within each one of us.
