Friday 5:30p-9:30p, Saturday 10a-6p & Sunday 12:30p-6p
To live a life that feels ultimately meaningful and purposeful, you must take time to deeply know yourself. This workshop offers time, space and inspiration for you to deepen your relationship with your inner self and discover the wisdom and creativity you hold. Wherever you are on your journey, this workshop will help you discover your deepest values and a vision for a meaningful life. You’ll be renewed and inspired by the clarity that comes from living a life aligned with your values.
The workshop follows the path of ancient wisdom traditions through the four directions, the elements, and the cyclical nature of all life. Exploring each direction, you will engage in yoga, dialogue, writing, self-expressive art and movement, and guided visualization to revitalize and enrich your sense of self, connection, meaning, and purpose.
Turning to the South and the Earth element you get grounded with the questions: What do I trust? What nurtures or supports me?
Turning to the West, the Water element, and the sun setting into the sea, you descend into your inner depths to ask: Who am I? Why am I here?
Turning to the North and the Air element, you ascend to a larger perspective with the questions: Who and how am I to serve?
Turning to the East, the Fire element, and the rising
sun: You explore the concepts of sacrifice and gestation and ask: What do I need to release for something new to be born? What wants to be brought into the world through me?
Walking a labyrinth to your Center, you release what no longer serves you, make space for the gifts you found at your core, and show gratitude for your journey. Bring your values, gifts and passions into the world. Take away a personal practice to continue supporting and renewing yourself in a path that feels meaningful, purposeful and joyful.
Fee:$225.00 if paid before May 5th ($275.00 after). The fee includes some meals & snacks and a follow-up meeting to support and celebrate our on-going journeys. Space is limited to 12 participants.
