Join world-renowned scholars and practitioners for a transformational weekend immersion at the intersection of yoga and depth psychology. Pacifica faculty, including expert-level Jungian analysts and depth psychologists, present alongside internationally recognized yoga teachers to highlight and illuminate the rich intersections of these diverse yet complementary fields. In this highly experiential weekend, you will join peers in a like-minded community in order to explore:

  • Mindfulness and creativity in spiritual practice
  • Depth psychology, neuroscience, and the chakra system
  • Non-dual spiritualities and Jungian Psychology
  • Mantra (sound) and Mudra (gesture)
  • Relaxing and rejuvenating restorative yoga
  • Depth-oriented yoga classes
  • Sacred music and soul stirring ritual

This unique and exciting weekend is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners who want to expand and deepen their current knowledge base and experiential understanding of yoga and meditation within the fields of depth psychological, therapeutic, and somatic disciplines. This event will additionally be of special interest to clinicians who desire to enhance their practice and counseling work through integrating yoga and depth psychological principles in healing ways. Yoga practitioners of all levels and ages are welcome. No prior yoga experience or teaching is necessary.
