Many of you know I have been working on devoloping and promoting a 6-week teleseminar with Stan Grof, pioneer of Transpersonal Psych and founder of Holotropic Breathwork recently. This project also incorporates the word's first "Global Holotropic Breathwork Day". The first one took place on Tuesday (which I spent lunchtime listening to). It was fabulous.
Wisdom University, who is producing the series, has agreed to offer up the recording of that first week only for FREE--and I wanted to share the link with you.
If you can find the time, Stan is an amazing guy and Holotropic Breathwork is a very powerful modality.

As of now, there are over 64 Breathwork events taking place in over 23 countries on June 11, and both the Global Consciousness Project and the Global Coherence Initative are planning to monitor global numbers that day to see if there is a shift in the "field" when so many people do breathwork to enter non-ordinary consciousness on that day--very groundbreaking and exciting stuff.
