Was Jung a Shaman?

I watched Inception for the hundredth time and finally was able to grasp this amazingly complex story. It is interesting that Jung was referred to as a modern day shaman, but did he discuss lucid dreaming, dreams within dreams, or... dreams within dreams within dreams...? Inception
