Here are the next steps we discussed for ourselves:

• Please email me and Bonnie your ideas for what you can contribute to making a paid level of membership worthwhile. Example: I have quite a bit of audio and documentary depth psychology material available from classes I no longer teach. It could be put behind a paywall for a tier of paid membership above the free level. 
• Think about and email us about a topic you'd be willing to contribute to our newsletter. It need not be a long article. 

Dorene, Eva, Karey, and I will get back to you when we've put together a manual for how to guide new event presenters through the process. Meanwhile, our Friday Operations Committee meetings at noon PST are open: feel free to drop in via Zoom and participate in discussions about the tier $ arrangements we'll look at and at the strategic plan for the Alliance we need to design.
