This movie is the story of a woman's exploration of her purpose for the latter part of life. The first scene is an introduction, a poem about the Crone Goddess, Hecate, followed by a letter to the goddess relating her story to life today.

How great of you to share this with all of us! I watched the first 15 minutes and really loved all the images you have gathered. That painting of Hecate seated, with white hair and 3 dogs at her lap, she is petting one of them. Where is that from?
What a great idea to write a letter to an archetype! I want to try to do that too.

Thank you, Willene. Hecate also had dogs. I didn't include the dogs because of what I was doing with the rest of the movie. Yes, this is a great way to meet. I found writing the letter helped me identify with her story.
