Robert Moss, Snow White, and more...

Hi Wendolyn. Welcome to the group. I haven't heard of this book you mentioned, but just visited the FaceBook page you metioned and saw the image (possibly the cover?). It's remarkable. I also have really enjoyed Robert Moss's work for several years now and follow him regularly. Have you ever attended one of his events? I hope you'll share more about your impressions the book when you have time.

  • Hi Bonnie,

Thanks for the welcome! You can find it here: http://www.amazon.com/Shaman-Snow-White-Consciousness-ebook/dp/B004.... I was drawn to it because I am always interested in how great loss is what guides us inward. (esp since western culture promotes the idea that happiness is found externally). He had a child when he was very young and the mother wouldn't allow him to see her, so his suffering with this led him on a deep inner search which ultimately led him to try San Pedro and Ayahuasca. I found it interesting how before you use Ayahuasca you ask the spirits one question and then they respond of course with images. His questions was, "Is the child mine?" the images are very graphic but do reveal the child is his. I also love how people have to first confront their shadow side when taking Ayahuasca.

As for Robert Moss I did get to attend one of his events once in Vienna VA! It was a small group and I got to meet him and he was wonderful. It was right after his first or second book came out and of course he went on to become quite well known. I loved his blog the other day where he is visiting a friend in Ohio and meets the Wolf people, The threefold death of Silver Wolf http://mossdreams.blogspot.com/

I'm sure you have read, Bonnie, with your wonderful interest in honey bees, "The Shamanic Way of the Bee" I'm almost finished, but it is an absolutely amazing look at a once unknown shamanic practice and I find it so interesting about the Melissae...well all of it is utterly fascinating....
