Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I'm a psychotherapist working with individuals struggling with chronic mental illnesses. I utilize Relaxation therapy (breathwork, dreamwork, emotional freedom techniques, thought field therapy) techniques to address anxiety disorders and encourage patients to be proactive in their mental health care. My expectations are for self growth as well as ways to expand my knowledge base in order to better assist my patients.
