    Welcome ColinT,

    I've come to depth psych after studies in behaviorism, cognitive-behaviorism, narrative, existential, Gestalt (okay, I'm a psyche fanatic) along with a degree in MFT. If you come from another discipline other than depth, I'll be interested in hearing your take on what you read within the Alliance blogs, groups, and forums. Again, welcome.

    Hi Colin. Welcome to the online Depth community. When you say "other theories of psychology", I assume you mean those related to the unconscious? Symbols, archetypes, things that emerge from the depths...? Is that true, or is your interest in something else. I'm curious--which of course is one of the primary tenets of Depth Psych: we tend to ask more questions than look for set answers. I hope you will jump in and add your voice to the community, whether it be comments on others work, links-articles-resources you find interesting, or by adding work of your own.
