Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?

I am a recent undergraduate from Umass Amherst with a degree in Public Health. I was born and raised in Sri Lanka until the age of 15, then moved to the United States. I have been brought up with a background in Ayurveda yet have been immersed in the western side of medicine as well as holistic medicine. The more that I explored within these different realms of medicine, my journey took me through a spiritual awakening and thus my own healing through which I had come to realize the power that our unconscious/subconscious mind holds in the act of healing. The more I continued on my journey, I more I started realizing and coming across various means such as sacred geometry, metaphysics, shamanism, the law of attraction and astrology that started guiding me back to my own soul. I have always had a love of symbolism and I view everything on a symbolic sense. I do not take anything at a face value and always look everything with a perceptive lens so I would say that I have always possessed a love for depth psychology which always pieces through the layers of everything and look to the heart of things. I realize I have a purpose on planet earth to help help her on her ascension journey. I believe depth psychology holds much of the key towards this purpose, so I am honored to be walking this path through such a profound channel.
