  • Welcome GJ,

Glad you found and decided to join the Alliance. What is the topic of your dissertation so far? There are a number of Pacifica-ites in the Alliance so you may recognize a few names. Feel free to share us with your cohort members.

I saw the word "redemption" in what drew you to the Alliance. I'm curious as to what you mean by the word and your thought along this line.

Anyway, enjoy the many blogs, forums, and groups and I look forward to your posts.

  • Hi GJ. Happy new year, and welcome to the online depth community. I’m glad you’re here.

Once you've had a chance to explore the site, I hope you'll find the Alliance to be made up of a dynamic group of likeminded people who can learn from each other in a multitude of ways--something many of us are searching for to be sure. As you probably know, there are lots of Pacifica students, faculty, and alumni here who seem to gravitate to the site--probably in part due to what Ed said about the desire to help move depth psych out into the world.

On that note, I hope you'll quickly find opportunities to engage as you browse the vast content and interact with others. You may want to consider joining the new online book club if you haven’t already—it’s just begun (with a new author each month!)—and you can participate at whatever level you wish. So far, I think it's been awesome.

Meanwhile, in case you need detailed help on getting started and navigating the site, please use the following link-- http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/page/navigating-the-site --and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all! I look forward to seeing you around the community~Bonnie Bright, Founder
