  • Hello Jeremy. Welcome to the Alliance, and so glad you've joined us. Congrats on your CSC blog--it's good to have someone so actively involved in writing and contribution to this very important field at this time on the planet and I'm so glad to hear you're willing to share some of your work here.

As you may know, we currently have 1800 members (and growing!)  from all over the world and we're growing. I hope as you explore the community a bit you find a dynamic group of like-minded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from various walks of life including artists, writers, doctors, scientists, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

On that note, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. When you're ready to jump in, please feel free to post a topic for discussion in the forum, respond to someone else's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like.

Also you may want to consider joining the discussion in the online book club In December we're featuring "Madness at the Gates of the City: The Myth Of American Innocence,” a mythological and cultural look at our current belief systems with Barry Spector. In January we begin "The War of the Gods in Addiction" with David E. Schoen.  Since the Book Club is all done via writing in an open forum, you can participate at your own level and schedule--and you can join the discussion anytime, even if you don't have the book. Upcoming in January is "The War of the Gods in Addiction" with David Schoen, as well as a special study group on the Red Book with Robert Bosnak starting January 19.

In case you need detailed help getting started and navigating the site, you can use the following link----http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/page/navigating-the-site----and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all! I look forward to seeing you around the community. ~Bonnie Bright, Founder
