  • Welcome Jessica,

Glad you found and decided to join the Alliance. There are many Pacifica folks within the Alliance but we also span the world and have many topics represented in the blogs, forums, and groups. I hope you will find much of interest there. Again, welcome and I look forward to your posts.

  • Hi Jessica. Welcome to the Alliance, and my apologies for the belated greeting. I'm glad you're here.

I hope as you explore the community here a bit you are finding a dynamic group of likeminded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. As you likely know by now, while there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

On that note, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. Some ideas for getting started are to post a topic for discussion in the Forum, to respond to someone else's post, or to share a link to an article or web site you like. You can also post a few paragraphs of your own blog (if you have one) in the Blogs section and put a link so people can go to your site and read the rest.

Finally, I see you're in the Bay Area so you may want to join "Bay Area Hive" (under "Groups") to get updates and connect with people here. We just held our first in-person speaker evening and meetup which was tremendous fun, and I'm sure we'll do something like it again in the future.

I look forward to seeing you around the community~Bonnie Bright
