  • Welcome Jocelyn,

Glad you found and joined the Alliance. I also agree that depth work with trauma is the most transformative way to work with those dealing with traumas. I used to work with abused children and found expressive techniques most powerful. I do not know nearly as much about Holotropic Breathwork as our founder, Bonnie, but have had a weekend experience and still hold several of the visions as foundational to my self-identity.

I hope you have had a chance to browse the site and find areas of your interests. There are many topics in the book studies, interviews, blogs, forums, and groups so I feel there will be topics to your interests. Again, welcome and I look forward to your posts.
