Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I had a spiritual crisis, got very sick, and lost my job of 13 years (and my home). I spent years trying to find my way back to health. Finally, I surrendered to my Higher Power then was guided by It to put myself into processes daily of emotional release. As I did these processes, my health got better. Today all illnesses are in remission. I am now stepping into my Soul Mission and live to guide and empower others do the same. I am a budding Spiritual Empowerment Coach and a Holistic Health Coach. I am interested in schooling for Depth Psychology, but I have not had income since 2011. Thankfully I was awarded scholarships for coaching training - yay! I am praying for a full-blown scholarship.

Greetings Jodi and a very belated welcome to the online depth psychology community. It's great you've found us!
As you may know, we now are made up of 3,779 members from all over the world. I hope that as you have explored the community you have noticed what a dynamic group of like-minded people are here, all who are deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.
We recommend that to get started, you personalize your profile photo by going to your "My page" and rolling your cursor over the default C.G. Jung image. This gives you the option to switch it to a person picture. As well, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. When you're ready to jump in, please feel free to post a topic for discussion in the forum, respond to another member's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like. You have a powerful story to share, as well as services that may be of interest to many.

The Depth Insights e-zine has articles, poetry, and images from past issues. And, then we have the Events page which contains calls for papers, upcoming conferences, and workshops. If you are wanting or needing a push with your writing, I offer free daily writing prompts that you might find helpful.
