I meant to mention as well-- I see you're in the Bay Area so you may want to join "Bay Area Hive" (under groups) to get updates and connect with people here. We're planning our first in-person meetup and speaker evening in Marin on March 23, so it should be a great opportunity to actually get some in-person connection with likeminded others. You can see more about the event in the Events section, too. Hope you can make it.
Hi Kirsty. Welcome to the Alliance and the online depth community. Hopefully, once you have a chance to explore this site a bit, I think you'll find a dynamic group of likeminded people who are all deeply compelled by the field of depth psychology. Our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.
On that note, I hope you're finding opportunities to engage as you browse the vast content and interact with others. You may want to consider joining the online book club if you haven’t already—There's a new author each month, and you can jump in at anytime and participate at whatever level you wish. Even if you don't have the book for this month, you can read all the comments that have gone on so far and get a feel for the story--or Feb. 1 will bring a wonderful new book from Jungian Analyst Erel Shalit as well as a special online study group on Astrology.

Glad you found and decided to join the Alliance. Within the Alliance there are folks who are new to the area as well as those "well seasoned" in the depth perspective.
