I am interested in understand myself, others and the world around me. I have a strong connection to the natural world and have found and still find this to bring deep healing to trauma, to connect with deep wisdom and compassion and a sense of oneness with all. I hope I can deepen my knowledge and find some useful tools and supports to help along my healing journey.
