I would like to add to my business experience and create a specialty for myself that would allow me to help my peers find meaning and depth in their life, possibly by way of seminars on leadership and creativity in the workplace. I am exploring. "Entertaining" the idea.
Do you belong to any other online Psychology-related communities or orgs? If so, which?
I attended Jung on the Hudson's seminars from July 15 to 22, 2012 and intend to regularly include workshops, presentations, etc. to my schedule. I will be looking at the Assisi Institute events as well as other societies/associations in Eastern Canada/ U.S. I am also expecting news from Pacifica about their new program: Leaderhip and Organisational Psychology, currently pending approbation.

Hi Michelle. Greetings, and welcome to the online depth psychology community. It's great to have you here. I know there are several people interested in leadership and depth psychology here in the community. Perhaps there will be a way to put together an online discussion group in the near future.
Meanwhile, as you may know, we currently have nearly 1500 members here from all over the world. I hope as you explore the community a bit you find a dynamic group of like-minded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.
On that note, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. When you're ready to jump in, please feel free to post a topic for discussion in the forum, respond to someone else's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like.
Also you may want to consider participating in the online book club: July has brought us “Marked by Fire: Stories of the Jungian Way” from Editors/Jungian Analysts Patricia Damery and Naomi Ruth Lowinsky and in August, we'll see Deep Blues: Human Soundscapes for the Archetypal Journey about Blue...--which may have some items of interest for you. Since the Book Club is all done via writing in an open forum, you can participate at your own level and schedule.
In case you need detailed help getting started and navigating the site, you can use the following link---- http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/page/navigating-the-site----and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all! I look forward to seeing you around the community. ~Bonnie Bright, Founder
