No. I teach Zen and Buddhist Philosophy and Psychology and I’m very interested in Jung and his intellectual interest in the East.
Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I Met the jungian thought many years ago, in the academic field ( studying philosophy is sciences and ideas) via my homeopathic treatments as well as part of my phd dissertation (wrote on the ancient zen parable - “ten oxherding pictures” which was read as in Jungian terms as an “eastern individuation process“). I’m very interested in alchemy and symbolism (as opposed to the emptiness of Zen) and in Jung’s unique search and interest in the eastern thought (Dao and Zen in particular). Would be grateful to study Jung and alchemy and to discuss issues concerning east and west philosophy and psychology, through Jung’s eyes, as being the spiritual gate weaving east and west
