I am looking for a professional community to further investigation into framing communications with the general public around affecting change in perspectives and actions addressing climate change, and our understanding of our role and relationships within the rest of the greater ecologic community. Through image making, poetry and prose, and workshops I use photography as a means to attending to nature and a reflection process on organic structures creating metaphors for meaning making and storytelling.

  • Hi Patricia. Greetings, and welcome to the online depth psychology community. I'm glad you've joined us. There are many here who share your interests and, as you feel comfortable, I hope you will expand your involvement with this forum. As you may know, we currently have over 2600 members from all over the world. I hope as you explore the community a bit you find a dynamic group of like-minded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

We recommend that to get started, you personalize your profile photo by going to your "My page" and rolling your cursor over the default C.G. Jung image. That will give you the option to switch it out. As well, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. When you're ready to jump in, please feel free to post a topic for discussion in the forum, respond to someone else's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like.
I'm also so glad to hear about your interest in Ecopsychology. I hope you will be attending Craig Chalquist's upcoming free webinar, “Mythic Activism” on August 28th. In addition, you may want to check out the September online Book Club, Isis Code with Ariane Page as well. Finally, please weigh in on this week’s Depth Discussion on Jung’s view of solving ....
