Bonnie Bright, Ph.D., is the founder of Depth Psychology Alliance, a free online community for everyone interested in depth psychologies, and of DepthList.com, a free-to-search database of Jungian and depth psychology-oriented practitioners. She is also the creator and executive editor of Depth Insights, a semi-annual scholarly journal. She regularly produces audio and video interviews on depth psychological topics. Bonnie has completed 2-year certifications in Archetypal Pattern Analysis via the Assisi Institute, and in Technologies of the Sacred with West African elder Malidoma Somé; and has been extensively involved in Holotropic Breathwork™ and the Enneagram. Bonnie completed her doctoral dissertation in depth psychology on "Culture Collapse Disorder: Ecocide, Exile, and the End of Home" at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
Dr. Susannah Benson has a diverse background as academic, researcher and counsellor. She has qualifications and experience in education, academic research, publishing, social ecology and transpersonal counselling. Dr Benson has studied, worked and lived in the United States, Europe and Asia, and holds a doctorate from the University of Western Sydney, College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences, School of Social Ecology and Lifelong Learning. Dr Benson is a Board member and current President of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD), and is the Founding President of Dream Network Australia Inc.
Sally Gillespie practised as a Jungian psychotherapist in Sydney, Australia for over twenty years, and served as the President of the C.G. Jung Society of Sydney from 2006 to 2010. She is currently writing a book based on her doctoral research into the psychological experience of sustained climate change engagement. Sally is the author of Living the Dream, The Book of Dreaming and co-author of The Knot of Time. She also wrote two chapters in Depth Psychology, Disorder and Climate Change edited by Jonathan Marshall.
Jeffrey Kiehl, PhD, MA is a Jungian analyst and a climate scientist. He is a senior scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado and an adjunct professor in the department of Earth & Planetary Sciences at UC Santa Cruz. He is also a senior training analyst at the CG Jung Institute of Colorado. He has published over 140 papers in peer-reviewed journals and is the author of Facing Climate Change: An Integrated Path to the Future. He has presented nationally and internationally on Jungian psychology as it relates to pressing world issues. He lives in Santa Cruz, California.
Linda Buzzell, MA, LMFT has been a psychotherapist for more than 40 years and has specialized in ecopsychology and ecotherapy since 2000. She and Craig Chalquist edited the Sierra Club Books anthology Ecotherapy: Healing with Nature in Mind, a core text in clinical ecopsychology. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Ecopsychology, the peer-reviewed journal of the field, and she and Craig Chalquist edited the journal's December 2015 special issue on “Ecopsychology and The Long Emergency.” Linda is Adjunct Faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara and taught an ecotherapy certification course there in 2015. She was a keynote speaker for the 2014 Ecotherapy Symposium at the University of Brighton in the UK. In 2002 she founded the International Association for Ecotherapy and is co-founder of the Ecopsychology Network of Southern California. She has written over 75 blog posts on ecopsychology and ecotherapy at The Huffington Post. She is a member of the Ecopsychology Network for Clinicians, where she led a workshop on “The HOW of Ecotherapy.” In 2006 she received her Permaculture Design Certificate and with her husband Larry Saltzman has created a food forest around her home that serves as her ecotherapy office. Dr. Jonathan Paul Marshall is an anthropologist and Senior Research Associate at the University of Technology Sydney, currently researching the politics of coal use and the transition to renewables. Previously he has worked on questions around online social life, and the relationship of alchemy to the history of science.
