Mass Traumatic Bereavement: recapitulation of thwarted traumatic bereavement responses contained within...survivors chapter:1st Chapter: there's a hole ahead - we all fall in and climb out.2nd Chapter: there's a hole ahead, we see it, but still fall inand climb out.3rd Chapter: there's a hole ahead, we see it, move around it,but still worry about falling in.4th Chapter: there's a hole ahead, we're tired of it, so we findnew pastures to gather in.5th Chapter: there's no more holes, falling or worry and we arehaving a good time for "every day above groundis a good day" [Tom Thompson,2007].
