    I attended the GTT Holotropic Breathwork module in Taos a couple of weeks ago. The theme for the week was Jung's Red Book, co-taught by Jungian analyst Monika Wikman along with long-type GTT instructor Diane Haug. It was an amazing week, with both my breathworks prepped and punctuated by the infusion of ideas about Jung's own descent into the unconscious from which the Red Book emerged.

FYI: The new Stan Grof Bio DVD "Stanislav Grof: Researcher, Author, Teacher, and Visionary" is out and available for purchase for $20. This is an extremely well-done documentary of Stan's life and contributions to the fields of depth psychology, transpersonal psych, holotropic states, and Breathwork. I had the privelege of previewing it at a recent Holotropic workshop and was really happy to see how it honors his work. Stan is truly a pioneer and I believe his legacy will be akin to those of…
