Both organizational and clinical dynamics are governed by the workings of archetypes which make their presence known through the interactions created within the therapeutic and organizational relationship.
We often find that the nature of these dynamics mirror the particular archetypal constellation alive within the relationships established by consultants and therapists, and often within the therapists and consultants own psyche. It is the understanding of these patterns, and the ability to translate their meaning which provides an opportunity for personal and organizational health.
