FiRE sparks where Fisher's radical ecopsychology, Bateson's Ecology of Mind, Macy's "work that reconnects", Abram's phenomenology and Assagioli's psychosynthesis meet.
Its a course that understands traditional psychology to be part of the problem, since it has little if any language for being a dynamic part of the living evolutionary system. This means that, too often, when ripples of feedback from the whole to the part (us) "hook" onto our psycho-spiritual landscape, they can only be understood as personal issues, rather than symptoms of greater process.
FiRE offers embodied tools to work with the changes underway, developing both ourselves and the whole.

Thank you Bonnie.
This sounds like a great event, Mark! Wish I lived closer.
