Ed Tick, Ph.D. and Kate Dahlstedt, MA are pleased to announce our next journey to Greece for immersion in the Ancient Greek Mysteries, March 1- March 11, 2018.
This will be a specially designed journey during which we replicate immersion in a sanctuary of the healing god Asklepios. We will create and spend our time in a healing sanctuary with holistic and artistic practices all designed to feed our souls and awaken the deepest growth and healing.
Asklepian dream healing and other returns to ancient tradition are again developing in Greece thanks in part to our teachings over the decades and my book The Practice of Dream Healing
We have led more than 20 pilgrimages to Greece since 1995. Every journey has provided great professional and personal development through healing, wisdom, spiritual, psychological and cultural breakthroughs.
We access the spirituality the ancients practiced and the wisdom they carried in ways that are meaningful to our professions, lives and the modern world. We apply their teachings to our personal evolution and work as modern healers.
To build this movement, we will meet in Athens on March 1 and stay in Plaka, the old town to explore ancient sites and begin immersion in the classical world.
On Sunday we leave by ferry for Poros, about a 2-hour boat ride. Poros has been a sanctuary for over 2,500 years and it will serve as ours. We will use its beauty, peace and remote sacred sites for our healing work. We will stay in its lovely harbor in a sweet old hotel, modernized and with sea views, for the week. This will enable us to have more study, practice and immersion time.
The cost for this entire journey is $2,250. This includes everything except international airfare, lunches and dinners (usually shared) and your personal expenses.
