    Now Wild 

    My body vibrates,

    when wind

    of you,

    blow across me;

    Dragon

    burning

    fire,

    passion.

     

    Electricity flows

    through me

    on

    circuits  

    off line

    for awhile.

     

    When did the moon

    stop enchanting?

    When did a touch

     stop exciting?

    When did the wind

    stop calling my name? 

     

    I imagine 

    we

    are wolves,

    wild and free,

    running on frozen tundra,

    white

    fur

    against star

    lit night.

     

    Singing like whales,

    our sonic sounds

    crash

    against  shore,

    wave,

    after wave,

    after wave,

     

    vibrating,

    loosening

    centuries

    of dormant

    dreams.

     

    When wild things

    are tamed,

    they slip

    into

    a routine,

    life.  

     

    Now you!

    Now fire!

    Now wild!
