Connect with Nature... Connect with Your Soul

Have you been searching for deeper meaning in your life? Do your dreams and your wildest longings sometimes haunt you with their persistent pleas? Is there a calling you have not yet tended in your life?

You've done enough inner work to recognize that while you may not be living it yet... you hunger to live an authentic life connected to soul and spirit.

The Heart Arrow Quest is for men who want to explore these questions for themselves--with other committed men and supported by guides who know and love this terrain.

Spend 3 Days In Conversation with Nature, Your Soul and the Soul of the World.

Just past the doorway of our fondest hopes, deepest longings and greatest fears, we find the path of the heart arrow.

The Heart Arrow Quest is a 3 day program designed to help you re-vision your life. It was born from Andrew and Mark’s spontaneous work together with dreams, archery, and wilderness questing. The ceremony is a time and place for soul-searching, creativity, inspiration, and renewed commitment—in a spirit of play, adventure and fellowship.

We'll spend the first day in preparation, with story, poetry, dreams, and somatics, working and playing with our intentions. The second day participants will enter the ceremony of a solo quest, listening, speaking, and engaging with the mirror of nature. The third day you will return to the group to explore the gifts of your time alone on the land. We will work together with creativity and spirit to clarify how your vision can be lived going forward.

See website for Guide Bios and for further details on registering. This program is limited to 8 participants.

What has been said about the Heart Arrow Quest and its leaders, Mark and Andrew:

“Since the Heart Arrow Quest I’ve gained a great amount of insight on where my life should be heading on the next step of my journey and I also discovered I could find comfort in being okay with not knowing when and how things will progress but just knowing that they will. As a Veteran, I’m thankful for people like Andrew and Mark who know how valuable time alone in the wilderness can be and create a beautiful, safe container outside for us to really feel what’s coming up. The curriculum over the weekend was very nurturing and opening, which is a beautiful experience to take part of with other men who are all open and willing to receive. Thank you Mark and Andrew.” -Chris Huzau, U.S. Military Veteran, Boulder, CO

"Andrew and Mark are two of the most down-to-earth men I know. Their ability in dream-work and getting to the heart of whatever is within oneself, is unsurpassed. They are kind and gentle and at the same time forthright if they need to be. This is a safe environment to get to know one's inner self more intimately through nature, no matter what stage of life one is in. I have worked dreams with both of them and have the highest regards for their insights. Blessings to you both and any who attend your Quest."  --Karen Schultz, dream worker and artist

  • Love working with my co-guide on this questing retreat. His background is transpersonal from Naropa. Mine is depth from Pacifica. He's sundanced with Lakota for eight years. I've trained in modern rites of passage the last eight years. We met doing dream work, did some archery together, and then hosted eachother on quest. Love hosting this space for men ready to incorporate all the seasons of their lives!
