An Empath is someone who consciously or unconsciously tends to sponge up other people’s emotions. It’s a way of existing that can be overwhelming, but is also a gift that also allows us to understand complex emotional dynamics and relationships. The Empath as an archetype — a collective symbol — seems to be a newly emerging concept, and one that is rapidly gaining attention.

In this four part online series, join Amanda Moreno (www.aquarianspirals.com) as we explore what it means to be highly sensitive, come together to discuss and share and troubleshoot, and work on deconstructing and reconstructing our personal mythologies. The goal of these classes is to empower each individual to use their particular gifts in ways that contribute to their own health and happiness as well as the healing of the collective.

This series is meant for anyone who could use more tools for understanding their emotional nature, self-identified Empaths, empathic types, people who feel a lot, and those who work with empathic types or highly sensitive people. Sessions will be recorded, although attendance at all meetings is recommended. If you have any questions, please contact Amanda at amanda@aquarianspirals.com.
