Change is a constant in our lives. How do we make positive passages? What is your attitude toward the changes that our lives demand? How do we bring serenity into our lives and how do we learn to accept the tough challenges that lay ahead?
Gail Sheehy, renowned for her internationally known Passages series, will guide us with wit and wisdom through these central life issues. We will begin with a personal inventory as to where we are in our lives. Topics will include giving and receiving, adjusting our attitude, seeking serenity and setting new sights for our lives.
