Women's "Soul-Full" FALL Equinox Holotropic Breathwork & Creative Integration (optional)

Join other sisters to celebrate the Fall Equinox during a day of Holotropic Breathwork on September 20, in a beautiful location, Center for Living Wisdom in Oakland Hills. 

This work can be a profound way to access our inner world, deepen spiritual work, open the expression of our creativity and/or feeling more embodied. As well as access places that need to be released, shaken or unblocked for more openness, authenticity and expression.

During this special weekend there is also the option to enrich your experience of this Equinox time, with an altar evening in preparation for the next day. And the day after on Sunday September 21, there will be an optional creative integration process to support the integration of the work on Saturday. Highly recommended! 

There is a discounted rate for women attending the whole weekend. For a fuller and in depth journey, this weekend can also be added to the weekly series "Tending the Fire" starting on September 29th.

Altar evening: 6:15 pm to 9:30 pm
Holotropic Breathwork: 9 am to 8:30 pm
Creative Integration: 11 am to 4 pm
