Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
Our organization represents the work of Ira Progoff, PhD (my father) who was a prominent depth psychologist. Dr. Progoff was the first American to complete his doctoral dissertation on the work of CG Jung. Jung then invited Ira to study with him in Switzerland.
Dr. Progoff then wrote several books on his approach to human development that culminated in his creation of the Intensive Journal method - an integrated system of writing exercises to help you gain insights about your life - in such areas as personal relationships, body and health, career/special interests, dreams and imagery, and meaning in life.
We teach the method in our workshops that are taught online and in person by our certified instructors.
Our method implements in a practical way Ira's theories of depth psychology and human development. Therefore, it is extremely relevant to this audience.
