Kevin Sachs PhD has been on a spiritual path for over forty years. He has a professional practice in New York City as a holistic and experiential spiritual counselor. He offers ongoing personal, spiritual, and emotional support for people who do spiritual practices, are working with difficult emotions and shadow material, are attempting to integrate deep, transformative inner experiences, or going through psycho-spiritual crisis. He facilitates, supports and educates about transformational processes of all kinds. Kevin offers individual sessions in NYC or by phone or Skype, as well as workshops. In addition to ongoing spiritual counseling, he also offers sessions and workshops in Grof Holotropic Breathwork™, Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing, and shamanic journeying. Kevin has been certified as a Holotropic Breathwork™ practitioner by Grof Transpersonal Training. He is studying to certify as a Focusing Professional through the Focusing Institute with Ann Weiser Cornell and Jane Bell. He also studies shamanic counseling with C. Mikkal Smith (Mikkal). He previously studied shamanism with Jan Edl Stein, Parashakti Sigalit Bat Haim, Carla Meeske, and Kenn Day He spent many years studying Siddha Yoga Meditation with Swami Muktananda and Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.
